Who holds my money?
You do. You connect your own Yoco, PayFast, Stripe or PayPal account, and your customers pay straight into it. We never touch your takings and there is nothing to withdraw from us.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Not on any sale, at any volume. You pay one flat monthly fee and we take nothing off your takings — your payment gateway charges its own fee, the same as it would anywhere.
What does it cost?
Your first 7 days are free, with no card asked for — and it is a real trial: you can publish and take actual orders on it. After that it is R50 a month for your first 3 months, then R599 a month. No setup fee, no contract, and no commission on your sales. The only other things we sell are optional: your own domain name, and the Meta Ads Course.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you have not subscribed, your shop comes offline and your products, orders and customers sit exactly as you left them — subscribe whenever you are ready and the same shop goes straight back up.
Can I take my products with me?
Yes. There is an export button that gives you your whole catalogue in a file. It is your shop and your product list.
Do I need a registered company?
Not to build or publish a shop with us. Your payment gateway will have its own requirements for paying you out, and those are between you and them.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You describe what you sell in a sentence and edit what comes back. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can run this.
